It's time to plan your cold weather sewing! We are having our very own jacket making retreat and you won't want to miss this cozy and fun workshop. In this 3 day class, you will choose to make either the Clare Coat or Kelly Anorak from Closetcase Patterns. Both Kari & Brittani will be on hand to lead you in constructing your coat.
The Clare Coat is a chic cool-weather staple. Featuring raglan sleeves and an unstructured A-line silhouette, Clare is a great introduction to the joys of coat making.
Style meets function with the Kelly Anorak; a classic shape with a modern cut, this simple coat is the perfect choice for transitional weather. Lightweight and unlined, it features a two piece cuffed sleeve, optional drawstring waist, gusseted flap pocket and a zipper placket with snap buttons.
IMPORTANT LOCATION NOTE: Please note this class will be held in our auxiliary workshop space at Indie Craft Experience. 1390 McLendon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30307 (the NW corner of McLendon & Oakdale in Candler Park). Photo of the studio attached.
